SERVICE POLICIES

Overview:

Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides confidential and professional drug and alcohol testing and medical courier services for individuals, employers, and organizations throughout St. Cloud and surrounding communities.

Appointment:
Most services are provided by appointment.

Limited walk-in availability: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Same-day and after-hours services may be subject to additional fees.
24/7 services are available by contract for approved clients only.

Payment:

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise approved.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees. 

Health & Safety:

Clients experiencing flu-like symptoms are encouraged to reschedule or request a mask if needed. 

Service Requirements:
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.
In-home drug or alcohol testing is not provided.
Residential deliveries are limited to secure drop-off only.
Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service. 

Compliance:

All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal regulations and HIPAA standards.
Services are private-pay only. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not accepted.
Policies are subject to change as needed.
