🔹 We do not provide in-home testing or delivery.
🔹 Courier deliveries are made to secure, doorstep locations only.
🔹 Individual clients are required to prepay before services are rendered.
🔹 Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
🔹 All services are performed in full HIPAA compliance.
🔹 Delivery confirmation is required to ensure accurate and confidential service—either by signature or secure photo documentation.
