Service Policies & Standards

* Scheduling Policy:

All services are provided by appointment only to ensure timely, confidential, and efficient service. Appointments may be scheduled online or by request.

*Last-Minute & Urgent Requests

Same-day or urgent requests may be accommodated based on availability. A minimum of two hours’ notice is recommended whenever possible.

*After-Hours Services

After-hours services may be available by appointment only and are subject to availability and additional service fees.

*Contracted Client Priority & 24/7 Availability

24/7 service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is reserved for clients under an active service contract. Contracted appointments are scheduled as a priority.
*Non-contract clients may request after-hours appointments when availability allows and applicable fees apply.

**Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides both mobile and in-office services throughout St. Cloud and surrounding communities. Extended travel may be arranged based on service type and scheduling availability.

*Payment:
All non-contract services require full payment prior to the appointment to confirm scheduling.

*Cancellations
Appointments canceled at least 3 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.

*Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 3 hours’ notice may receive a partial refund, less a 10% service fee (minimum $10).

*No-Shows
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

Our testing services include:

*DOT Drug Testing (Urine, 5-panel, lab-based)
Fully compliant with FMCSA regulations.
*Non-DOT Drug Testing (Urine, 5, 10, or 12-panel, lab-based)
*Instant Drug Testing (Urine or oral swab)
Immediate on-site screening results available.
* EtG Alcohol Testing (Urine, lab-based only)
Processed through certified laboratories.
*After-Hours Testing
Available by appointment and subject to an additional surcharge.
** All test results and client information are handled in full HIPAA compliance, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

For the safety, accuracy, and privacy of all clients, Southern Touch On-Demand Services adheres to the following service standards:

*No In-Home Testing: All drug and alcohol testing services are conducted only at approved professional or public locations, such as workplaces, medical facilities, or designated collection sites. Testing will not be performed inside private residences.
*Residential Deliveries: Prescription or specimen deliveries are limited to secure doorstep drop-off only. No in-home entry or direct hand-off inside a residence is permitted.
*Controlled Environments: All testing and courier services are performed in controlled, compliant, and safe environments to protect client confidentiality and ensure chain-of-custody accuracy.
*Identification Requirement: Clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of testing or delivery to verify identity.
*Professional Conduct: Southern Touch staff and contractors maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, disrespect, or unsafe behavior during any service interaction.

Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides accuracy ink and roll fingerprinting using compliant, law-enforcement-approved materials and procedures.

• Fingerprinting Standards:
  All fingerprinting is performed exclusively on FD-258 fingerprint cards provided by Southern Touch On-Demand Services.
   
• Identification Requirement:
  Clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID before fingerprinting begins.
   
• Group & Mobile Appointments:
  On-site and group fingerprinting appointments are available. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scheduling.
   
• After-Hours Services:
  After-hours fingerprinting may be provided upon request and is subject to an additional surcharge.

Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides accuracy and compliant notarization in accordance with state law and ethical standards.

• Signer Awareness:
  Notarization will only be performed if the signer clearly understands the document and is signing willingly.
   
• Document Integrity:
  If a document appears altered, fraudulent, or incomplete, the notarization will be refused and any payment refunded.
   
• Identification Requirement:
  Clients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service.
   
• Recordkeeping:
  All notarizations are documented in a compliant Notary Journal to ensure accuracy and accountability.
   
• Right to Decline Service:
  Southern Touch On-Demand Services reserves the right to decline notarization for any document or circumstance that does not meet legal or ethical requirements.

Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides compliant and reliable medical courier transport designed to protect specimen integrity, confidentiality, and timeliness.

Chain of Custody:
All medical specimen transport is conducted under a secure chain-of-custody protocol to ensure accuracy and accountability.
 

HIPAA Compliance:
All Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in full HIPAA compliance, maintaining strict confidentiality at every stage of delivery.
 

Delivery Confirmation:
Every delivery requires signature verification or secure photo documentation as proof of completion.
 

Residential Deliveries:
Residential deliveries are limited to secure doorstep drop-off only; no in-home deliveries are permitted.
 

Extended Mileage:
Additional mileage fees apply for deliveries outside the St. Cloud service area.

Southern Touch On-Demand Services operates as a private-pay service provider. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance. Medical courier services are billed directly to individual clients, contracted facilities, or approved business partners.

All testing materials, tools, and surfaces are carefully disinfected before and after every appointment. Whether serving clients in-office or on-site, we maintain high standards of sanitation to ensure a safe, private, and comfortable experience.

Appointments are scheduled individually to protect each client’s privacy and peace of mind. Masks and gloves are always available upon request.

Southern Touch On-Demand Services is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client and staff member. To uphold these standards, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client’s behavior becomes inappropriate or disruptive.

Service may be declined or ended if a client engages in:

• Disrespectful or inappropriate language
   
• Aggressive, threatening, or intimidating behavior
   
• Any form of harassment
   
• Refusal to follow testing instructions or procedures
   
• Conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our staff
