SERVICE POLICIES

Southern Touch On-Demand Services provides DOT and Non-DOT drug testing, Non-DOT alcohol screening, DNA collections, and medical courier services. Courier services are available for businesses and healthcare organizations.

Services are available by appointment only, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Same-day appointments may be available. Walk-ins are not accepted.

After-hours services may be available by prior arrangement for contracted clients. Additional fees may apply.

Individual and retail appointments are cash only. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

A valid government-issued photo ID and any required authorization, barcode, or employer paperwork must be presented.

DOT collections follow applicable 49 CFR Part 40 requirements. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not accepted.

If you have flu, COVID-19, or other respiratory symptoms, please notify us before your appointment and wear a mask. You may be asked to reschedule.
