Service Policies

Southern Touch provides confidential drug testing, medical courier, fingerprinting, and notary services.

Appointment:
Most services are by appointment, with walk-ins (Tue/Thu/Sat from March 2026); same-day or after-hours may incur fees, and 24/7 access is for contracted clients only,

Payment:
Payment is required in advance unless approved, and missed or late cancellations may carry fees.

Health & Safety:
Clients with flu-like symptoms should reschedule or request masks.

Service Requirements:
A valid government photo ID is required; no in-home drug/alcohol testing, residential deliveries are secure drop-off only, and unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.

Compliance:
Services follow federal regulations and HIPAA standards. Private-pay only — no insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Policies may be updated as needed.
