I’m Valarie Washington, the founder, and it’s my honor to lead a company built on the core values of integrity, service, and excellence customer services. My career began in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I gained firsthand experience supporting patients and medical professionals with compassion and dedication. That journey revealed a clear and growing need for reliable, on-site services—especially for individuals and organizations requiring prompt, professional support they can trust.

Driven by that insight, I established Southern Touch On-Demand Services to provide essential mobile solutions with a personal touch. We specialize in 24/7 mobile drug testing (both DOT and Non-DOT) and medical courier services, offering fast, confidential, and compliant service wherever it's needed most. I’m certified in drug collection procedures and am currently pursuing a degree in Human Services, continuously expanding the knowledge and care I bring to this work.
