About the Founder

Valarie Washington, AAS – Human Services, is the Founder of Southern Touch On-Demand Services, leading the organization with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in service and client care.

With more than 15 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Trained Medication Aide (CNA/TMA), Valarie has supported residents, families, and healthcare teams in nursing home settings with professionalism, empathy, and dedication. Through this work, she recognized a growing need for reliable, on-site support services for individuals and organizations requiring prompt, trustworthy assistance.

In response, she established Southern Touch On-Demand Services to provide dependable mobile solutions throughout the community. Core services include 24/7 mobile drug testing (DOT and Non-DOT), medical courier services, fingerprinting, and notary services, all delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and respect.

Valarie completed her Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Services in 2026, further strengthening the knowledge, ethics, and professionalism behind every client interaction and service provided.
